Veri Silme Talebi

Hesabınızı kapatmadan belirli profil, iletişim veya destek verilerinizin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz.

1. Talep nasıl gönderilir?

Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden support@battleofstars.online adresine “Battle Of Stars Veri Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin.

2. Talebinizde belirtin

• Oyuncu adınızı, oyuncu kimliğinizi ve kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi.
• Silinmesini istediğiniz veri türünü açıkça.
• Varsa talebi açıklayan ek bilgileri.

Kimlik ve hesap sahipliği doğrulaması isteyebiliriz. Parolanızı veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi göndermeyin.

3. Silinebilecek veriler

Talebin kapsamına göre iletişim formu mesajları, destek yazışmaları, kapalı test başvuru bilgileri veya hesap için zorunlu olmayan belirli profil verileri silinebilir.

4. Hemen silinemeyebilecek veriler

Hesabın ve oyunun çalışması için gerekli aktif ilerleme verileri, ödeme kayıtları, güvenlik logları veya yasal olarak saklanması gereken bilgiler hesap aktifken ya da zorunlu süre dolmadan silinemeyebilir. Böyle bir durumda gerekçeyi size bildiririz.

5. İşlem süresi

Doğrulanan talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Ek süre gerekirse sizinle iletişime geçilir.

6. Hesabın tamamını silme

Hesabınızı ve onunla ilişkili tüm oyun verilerini silmek için Hesap Silme Talebi sayfasını kullanın. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası sayfasını inceleyin.

Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of specific profile, contact, or support data without closing your account.

1. How to submit a request

From the email address registered to your account, email support@battleofstars.online with the subject “Battle Of Stars Data Deletion Request.”

2. Information to include

• Your player name, player ID, and registered email address.
• A clear description of the data you want deleted.
• Any additional information that helps explain the request.

We may request identity and account-ownership verification. Do not send your password or payment-card details.

3. Data that may be deleted

Depending on the request, we may delete contact-form messages, support correspondence, closed-test application details, or specific profile data that is not required to operate the account.

4. Data that may not be deleted immediately

Active progression data required to operate the account and game, payment records, security logs, or information subject to legal retention may not be deleted while the account is active or before the required period ends. If this applies, we will explain the reason.

5. Processing time

Verified requests are completed within 30 days. We will contact you if additional time is required.

6. Delete the full account

To delete your account and all associated game data, use the Account Deletion Request page. See the Privacy Policy for details.
